Dude, where’s my strength training

I drove hubby to airport this morning. booo!

BUT I get to visit him in a month. Yay!

In SINGAPORE!

If you’ve ever been – you must let me know so I can pick your brain.

I will be meeting up with another Real Housewife of ATC and we’ll be traveling together.

It will be an adjustment trying to communicate with hubby in another country, but I’m confident it will be better than if he were on the ship where I only get to speak to him every 10 days or so when they’re in port. I’m also hopeful we can Skype which would be unbelievably awesome.

In workout related news, Blond Ponytail posted a simple and effective workout which I’m incorporating into my routine every other day. I miss doing pushups regularly and I’m already committed to doing planks so why not? I need to get back on the strength training wagon.

Workout (x3):

25 sumo squats

20 push-ups

30 sec planks [I’ll do 2 minute planks]

10 push-up to side-plank

Doing a 5k tonight at 11:55pm. What was I thinking? I’m NOT a night person!
